Some of the things I've worked on...

Marketing Research Final Presentation

For this project, we examined a marketing opportunity for Johnson & Johnson (J&J) to strengthen stakeholder trust and engagement through thought leadership and region-specific initiatives in digital health and health equity. We developed three research questions to explore how perceived leadership, localized content, and content type influence stakeholders’ trust, credibility, and purchase consideration. Using a mixed-methods approach, including surveys, interviews, and secondary research, we plan to gather insights from healthcare professionals, patients, and investors. Our findings will help guide J&J’s marketing strategy, allowing us to recommend ways to optimize content, target campaigns effectively, and reinforce the company’s global leadership in innovation and health equity.

Management Project

As a class project, our team developed “RU Driving,” an inter-campus rideshare app designed to provide Rutgers students with safe, affordable, and convenient transportation. In this project, we explored how the business could adopt a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) culture to meet stakeholder expectations and create a positive impact on the campus community. We proposed initiatives such as promoting eco-friendly vehicles, ensuring affordable rides, implementing safety protocols, supporting local businesses, and fostering diversity among student drivers. By integrating these CSR practices, the project demonstrated how “RU Driving” could balance profitability with social and environmental responsibility, strengthen its reputation, and provide meaningful benefits for students, drivers, the university, and the surrounding community.
